Creation Process
a. Country Creation
• Each country is individually crafted and hand-dyed in four shades of blue velvet fabric.
• The countries are then carefully assembled to form a complete map.
b. Acrylic Sheet Preparation:
• A 6mm thick acrylic sheet, measuring 10x4 feet, is cut with smooth, elegant nosing on the corners for a child-safe finish.
c. Assembly:
• The countries are arranged and adhered to the acrylic sheet, following the world map outline.
• A 1-inch thickness is maintained to facilitate easy photo pinning.
d. Detailing:
• Acrylic name embellishments are attached to each country.
• Laser-cut ships and flights represent oceans and seas.
e. Holder Attachment:
• A small acrylic holder (11 inches L x 2 inches H x 1 inch W) is attached to the bottom left corner.
• The holder is divided into sections for storing extra photos, Polaroids, and pins.
