COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you send the brief.

01.

What if my project doesn't fit one of these two?

Most projects do — but if yours is unusual (a large multi-market campaign, an ongoing retainer, an in-house residency, anything with film-festival ambitions), send the brief anyway. I'll build a custom scope and quote within 48 hours.

02.

Who owns the final output?

You do. Full commercial rights to the finished work transfer on final payment. I retain the right to show finished pieces in my portfolio (you can request a delay or exclusion in writing if needed).

03.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. The direction phase is where existing guidelines, palette, typography, and tone are translated into a coherent AI visual language. For brands with strong existing identities, the Visual Identity System engagement is often the wrong fit — a Brand Campaign Direction is usually more appropriate.

04.

Do you offer payment plans?

For engagements above €2,000, the standard split is 50% on brief acceptance and 50% on final delivery. For larger projects, three-instalment plans are available on request.

05.

What if I want to retain you ongoing?

Retainers start after a first project together — I want to know your brand and you want to know how I work. After that, monthly retainers are available for ongoing campaign direction, content cadence, and in-house team support.
